CENTER FOR ARTS AND LEARNING

JUNE 2019

This temporary installation was in a small, 8’ X 10’ room in a former convent in Montpelier, Vermont that has been turned into a community art center (CAL, the Center for Arts and Learning).  On one wall the colored discs were attached directly to the wall, washing it in color.  On the opposite side a board was mounted to the wall and the discs were attached to it.  Carefully directed spotlights made the discs explode into shifting colors, reflecting light off each other, creating a nearly endless variety of effects.
