MAIN STREET LANDING

This permanent installation was commissioned for the Main Street Landing Performing Arts Center in Burlington, Vermont to illuminate the front entryway of the building.  Its purpose is to greet visitors entering the space while also drawing attention to the building from passersby outside.  The 16 foot wide installation is made up of 24 differently sized panels forming an interlocking grid.  Eight LED spotlights illuminate the more than one hundred optical filters that are attached to the boards, creating an explosion of colors and visual effects.
